Special Features: Reddish purple bracts. Inflorescence significantly lower compared to the widespread YUCCA filamentosa. Easy to grow, just waterlogging in winter should be avoided. Heat tolerant. Drought tolerant/ for xeriscaping/ waterwise design. Erosion control. Suitable for natural landscaping. As solitary or in small groups, as a structural plant in the border or in the trough as ornamental patio plant, always an enrichment. Attractive for butterflies and other pollinators.

Sowing Direction:

(15) Rapidly germinating, keep seed in constant moisture (not wet) with temperatures of about +20°C [68°F]. Seeds must be covered thinly. Do not cover very small seeds, but tightly press into the earth. Keep in cooler conditions after germination occurs.
