Origin: The origin of DIANTHUS plumarius are the calcareous mountains of Central Europe from Italy to Poland. The easy hybridisation of this species led to numerous varieties.
Special Features: Clear pink, deeply cut, fringed petals. Sometimes two semi-double, or double, blossoms per stem. An outstanding, easy-to-grow seed strain that is more economical to produce than cutting grown selections.
