Special Features: CAMPANULA americana ist einjährig oder zweijährig, abhängig von der Aussaat. Frühe Aussaat kann einjährige Pflanzen erzeugen. Der übliche Name 'Hohe Glockenblume' ist irreführend, denn die Blumen sind nicht glockenförmig, es erinnert an CAMPANULA nur die blaue Farbe. Die Blüte ist weit offen, fast flach.
